We take pride in customer satisfaction with our products. While we endeavor to provide quality content and products for our customers, we do not make any guarantees concerning our products (see our Terms and Conditions for more information).
If you reject the Terms and Conditions contained with every product, or you are not satisfied with your product purchase, we offer a refund of 80% of your purchase price. Because we sell digital content, we retain 20% of your purchase price to account for administrative fees.
To be considered for a refund, you must send an e-mail to within 60 days from your purchase date including the following information:
- Your order number;
- The date of your order;
- Your name, and email address;
- A description of the issue, or reasons you are seeking a refund; and
- A statement confirming that you have deleted the files from your computer.
We would appreciate very much your taking the time to tell us why you were dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us. We will process your refund regardless of the reason for the request. We ask for this information so we can learn how to improve the quality of the products we provide.
Refunds will promptly be credited to the credit card or Pay-Pal account you used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to change the terms of this Refund Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted here.
